Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date for manufacture defects or other issues agreed upon through communications. The products must be in like new condition and arrive back at our facility in like new/saleable condition. Returns and what is an error or defect is at the sole discretion of FreedomVanGo.

Returns are not accepted on “custom” products or products with “custom colors” on standard products. Once a custom order is place and work has begun it is no longer cancelable.

Returns are not accepted on products that have been drilled or modified. This would include items like aluminum boxes that are drilled for mounting etc.

Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at the sole discretion of FreedomVanGo. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will he processed once the product is received back at the FreedomVanGo offices in like new condition and free from damage. Please email support@freedomvango.com for a return authorization before shipping.

Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of FreedomVanGo. FreedomVanGo will do its best to work with the customer to locate the packages.

Any modifications, damage or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use a FreedomVanGo product or third party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. FreedomVanGo will not refund, pay, repair or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.

In Store Returns 

Items purchased in person at FreedomVanGo, adhere to the following terms: 

FreedomVanGo holds the right to deny any return. All store bought items, in the event a return is authorized, will be subject to a 5% return fee. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date due to manufacture defects or other issues agreed upon through communications with FreedomVanGo. Returns will not be made on special order items or items not typically stocked. Returned items must be in the original product packaging, in like new/unused condition. If you are not returning directly to our location, return packaging, insurance, and shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer. Any modifications, damages, or holes drilled into a vehicle, or product to mount or use FreedomVanGo products or third-party products, are the sole responsibility of the customer. FreedomVanGo will not refund, pay, repair, or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return. 

Cancellation Policy

If an order is placed online or over the phone and a credit or debit card is used, there will be a 5% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Please be sure to check stock, dimensions, details, application and any other information you need to be sure about the items you are ordering.
