These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FreedomVanGo's Website.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

If you would like to make a return there will be a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

For order cancellations, if an order is placed online or over the phone and a credit or debit card is used, there will be a 5% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Please be sure to check stock, dimensions, details, application and any other information you need to be sure about the items you are ordering.

If item is not currently in stock or is a special order, shipping costs may be charged.
