These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FreedomVanGo's website.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use FreedomVanGo's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to our company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refer to both the Client and ourselves or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of assisting the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of providing the company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Process

After you place your order, our main office staff, who work during our normal business hours, will process and pack it. Due to the current volume of orders and inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and shipping. Once your order is invoiced and shipped, you will receive confirmation emails with links to track your order.

Guaranteed Deliver Terms

FreedomVanGo does not guarantee delivery times and cannot refund shipping charges/fees when late delivery results from events beyond our control. Such reasons include delays due to recipient unavailability, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

Shipping Carriers Offered

We offer standard UPS Ground shipping on most products. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please reach out to our team at orders@freedomvango.com.

Truck Freight Shipping Terms

For larger orders that cannot be shipped via ground shipping options, truck freight shipping is necessary. Truck freight items are determined by the size and weight of the product/order. These can include, but are not limited to, bumpers, roof racks, suspension parts, wheels, tires, and fuel tanks. All truck freight orders need to be checked by the receiver before being signed for. Any possible damage to the package or content must be noted on the receiving ticket as "damaged, pending inspection". Once the paperwork is signed and no damage is identified, the receiver is responsible for all damages to the product, and FreedomVanGo will not be held liable.

Authorizing the shipper to deliver without a signature or leaving a note for the delivery driver allowing them to deliver without a signature and/or inspection will waive all liability for damage from the shipper as well as FreedomVanGo. You will not be able to file a damage claim in these cases. Leaving a note or message is the same as signing for and accepting a damaged package.

If there are delays in delivery as a result of your inability to accept the package or missing scheduled delivery times, any storage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Any refused freight package that is refused for any reason other than damage will have the return shipping fees, storage fees, and restocking fees deducted from the refund.

Drop-Shipping Terms

In some instances, products will ship directly from the manufacturer. Products being drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer are highlighted on the product page. Your delivery date depends on the current stock and processing time at the manufacturer. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive confirmation emails with links to track your order from the manufacturer.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Orders

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

If you elect not to use Route Protection on your order, we will do what we can to support you but we cannot guarantee that you will be fully compensated for a lost, damaged, or stolen order. 

Customer Received Incorrect Item

Please report incorrect items by contacting us within 7 days (1 week) of your delivery date. If a replacement product was sent, FreedomVanGo will provide an RMA call tag for the return of the product. Failure to return the original item within 30 days will result in the customer being responsible for the cost of the replacement item.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for manufacturing defects or other issues agreed upon through communication. The products must be in like-new condition and arrive back at our facility in a like-new/sellable condition. Returns and determinations of errors or defects are at the sole discretion of FreedomVanGo.

Returns are not accepted for any products that were sold as open box, yard sale, or used.

Returns are not accepted for "custom" products or products with "custom colors" on standard products. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun, it is no longer cancelable.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been drilled or modified. This includes items like aluminum boxes that have been drilled for mounting, etc.

Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are at the sole discretion of FreedomVanGo. If a return is authorized, packaging, insurance, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All refunds will be processed once the product is received back at the FreedomVanGo offices in like-new condition and free from damage. Please email orders@freedomvango.com for a return authorization before shipping.

Stolen or lost packages that have been marked as delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of FreedomVanGo. FreedomVanGo will do its best to work with the customer to locate the packages.

Any modifications, damage, or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use a FreedomVanGo product or third-party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. FreedomVanGo will not refund, pay for repairs, or provide any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is placed online or over the phone and a credit or debit card is used, there will be a 5% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Once an order is placed, you have a small window to cancel it before it processes at the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation. However, please note that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and will be subject to the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy above.

Please Keep in Mind

  • Only orders not yet processed for shipment (including backordered items) may be canceled.
  • We will credit canceled orders in the form of the payment used.
  • We will not credit or reissue coupons used on a canceled order.
  • This cancellation policy does not apply to Special Order items. Special Order items are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds on cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, will incur a 5% transaction fee.
  • Check stock availability, dimensions, details, application, and any other relevant information to be certain about the items you are ordering.
