Van Parts Warehouse accepts and ships international orders on a case-by-case basis. If a customer is interested in purchasing from vanpartswarehouse.com but is not located in the United States, please email email@example.com with a list of products and the full shipping address. Please check the policies below prior to inquiring about an international order.
International Shipping Policy
Van Parts Warehouse ships via UPS Worldwide Expedited®, along with the customer’s country of delivery postal service to fulfill international orders. Shipping rates are calculated by our fulfillment team based on location, weight, and dimensions of the package. Please note that shipping times vary widely, based on the customer’s country mail service and border policies.
Some items must ship freight. If a customer is interested in purchasing any of these items or prefers a freight shipment, the customer may coordinate the shipment with a freight shipment company of choice. It is the customer’s responsibility to setup a freight shipment pickup from our location. Van Parts Warehouse charges a handling fee for palletizing international customer orders.
Despite our best efforts to package products adequately to minimize the risk of damage during transit, international shipments carry a higher risk of damage. Van Parts Warehouse cannot guarantee the condition of the product upon arrival; however, we can assure the customer that every precaution is taken to protect the purchase.
All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives defective. Van Parts Warehouse will address this on a case-by-case basis. Regardless of the outcome, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the defective item to Van Parts Warehouse for inspection as well as cover the shipping cost for a replacement item.
International Payment Policy
Van Part Warehouse accepts ACH (Automated Clearing House) and wire transfers in US Dollars (USD) only for all international orders. There is a minimum 3 day waiting period once payment has been received. After this time, Van Parts Warehouse will begin to process the international order.
Customs Fees for International Shipping Policy
Shipments are marked with the value of the purchase price. All international shipments are shipped as DDU, Delivered, Duty Unpaid. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the receiving country's laws and regulations before completing a purchase.
