- Absorption voltage: 14.2V
- Absorption time of 15 minutes per battery
- Float voltage: 13.5V
- Equalization: Off
- No temperature compensation (Disabled)
To use the V2-T Elite with Victron systems.
Set up the battery comm harness and gauge as follows:
- Plug with waterproof bung plugged into master blue port.
- RJ45 cable out of master black port and into slave1 blue port.
- RJ45 cable out of slave1 black port and into slave blue port and so on to daisy chain up to 16 batteries in parallel.
- Set dip switches as per manual.
- Plug in grey RJ45 plug into the Cerbo or Ekrano GX BMS CAN port or if you have the new Cerbo Mk2 plug grey plug inot VE-CAN1 or VE-CAN 2 and change the VE can port speed to 500 KBPS LV.
- To confirm proper reporting, go to the GX/touch screen and confirm the Epoch battery shows up on the device list. Click on the battery line, go to Details. Check to see the number of modules online is equal to the number of batteries installed. Check that the number of AH is equal to the number of AH installed.
- In the GX device/touch screen turn on DVCC, set controlling BMS to Epoch, set battery monitor to Epoch.
- The system should say External Control on the GX touch screen Inverter tile when charging (but not while inverting). The system will automatically cycle to 14.2V with an absorption time of a minimum of roughly 15 minutes per battery followed by 13.5V float voltage.
- It is recommended to manually program the Multiplus, Quattro and all other charge source to these same parameters in case of CAN communication loss.
