There is a lot to love about the new Ekko: off-road capability, a reliable chassis with the room of a much larger vehicle. There are some upgrades, however, that can really enhance the look and feel. Owl has remedied one of the least functions and aesthetically unappealing parts of this otherwise epic rig.. The side step to enter the cab is put on at an angle that makes it look like a mistake. The front is tight to the cab, and the rear is pushed out. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Owl did their thing, and created an improvement! They took their tubular style side steps that are popular with Sprinter owners, shrunk it down, and boom! We now have a new and improved Ekko Cab Step.
All Owl steps are made from domestically sourced 6061 tubular aluminum, mandral bent and laser cut. They are then TIG welded by Owl's master welders.
