The hugely versatile LR-750, a firm favourite across the passenger car/4x4, LCV, and heavy truck sectors, is now offered with integrated amber flashing beacon function. Incorporating 2 different forward-facing flash patterns, the additional safety functionality within the lamp, combines with the possibility to connect a white or amber backlight function, as well as the exceptional high beam driving light function to really set the LR-750 apart from the competition.
The LR-750 delivers a spot beam pattern well suited to road use. The lamp itself has a clean contemporary design, with a more aggressive edge, to match the aesthetic design prevalent on modern vehicles. Boasting an impressive 5,400 lumen, and delivering 1 lux to 442m, the auxiliary LED driving light provides good left/right spread of light with a 28deg horizontal spread of light. The lamp is compliant with SAE/DOT standards as a high beam driving light, through adoption of Triple-R’s dual output technology; controlled via quickly flashing the light off/on, the light can be quickly dimmed for avoiding glare when passing road-signs for example (flash-to-dim), or at any time programmed to always work in the high or low output modes, with the low output mode complying to the SAE/DOT standards as an high beam driving light.
Included within the lamp is the option to connect an integrated backlight function, for when the requirement is for a light installation that gets noticed as much during the day as at night. There is the possibility to connect white or amber coloured position lights, simply by inserting the corresponding wire into the lamp connector at the point of installation, or leave both disconnected to have your LR-750 act as a high beam driving light only.
The Beacon function features 2 different amber warning light patterns which can be selected and synchronised (between multiple lamps), at the point of installation, or using a momentary switch where the requirement is to change the flash pattern on demand.
